Team leaders should:
- manage a project assigned to their teams and communicate with Olga on behalf of their
teams if there will be any questions (no individual emails from team members please),
- discuss with team members how to split the topics for research, and prepare a page of project
milestones by week 4 (September 30, 2009, midnight) – to be submitted in each team’s
folder.
- determine the dates for material submission and keep record on members’ activities; every
individual submission has to be to DRIVE_ I @IN (BCIT server) – each team will have their
folder “TEAM #- airshed” eg. TEAM 1-Quesnel. Please note that this will allow me to
monitor (and mark) individual work, time of submission etc. So, make sure that your
submissions contains your name (could be practical to add your name in a header section of
every document).

In addition, you could exchange material via emails, hard copies or any other means
convenient to you, however, please do not use this as an excuse for not submitting your work
to the folder on server as your work will otherwise not be marked.
- Compile the AQMP for their teams, proof read, ensure accuracy of information, proper
referencing, formatting and timely submission.

Due to all presented duties, team leaders are expected to have lighter work load in topic
research.

B4. Power-point presentations
Each team member is supposed to prepare their own slides, but team leaders should ensure the
quality of the whole presentation including proper referencing of the material used. Each team willhave 20 min time for their presentation, followed by a10 min question period.

- Title slide (topic title, course number, authors’ names, date)
- Presentation outline
- Any acknowledgments
- Main body of your presentation should address all the relevant areas/sections of AQMP
- The last slide should present references.
Be creative!!!
